our process
A framing crew that actually plans ahead.
Most framers still work off averages, assumptions, and loose timelines. That might get the job done, but it won’t get it done cleanly.
At Range, we’ve built a different kind of system. One that starts with modelling, not guesswork. One that brings design, supply, labour, and prefab together under a single plan — and a single point of contact.
Because by the time we roll onto site, the hard part should already be done.

What to expect
when you work
with Range
Whether you’re bringing us in for full turnkey or just part of the package, here’s what you can count on from day one:

01
One point of contact from estimate to handoff
No chasing multiple subs. Just one team, one plan, and one person who owns the whole job.
02
Accurate budgets with fixed material pricing
We don’t guess off square foot numbers — we model, count, and price everything before site.
03
In-house BIM and prefabrication
From virtual framing to prefab components, we build it right before it hits the job site.
04
Early problem-solving during pre-construction
We catch conflicts before they cost you time, money, or change orders on site.
05
Trained, professional crews who take pride in their work
Clean gear, sharp execution, and foremen who lead with purpose.
06
Clean sites, clear communication, no surprises
We don’t leave loose ends. We finish strong and keep you looped in the whole way through.
From estimate to execution , here’s how it works...

01.

Estimating and Design
We model the full framing system and count every piece up front. No square foot guesses. No overbuilds. This is how we deliver accurate budgets and fixed material pricing.

02.
Design Assist (optional)
When brought in early, we collaborate with your architect and engineer to catch coordination issues and cost risks before they reach site.
03.

Contract and Final Scope
We confirm the legal, align the schedule, and lock the scope. Once signed, we move straight into prefab and site prep.
04.

Prefab and Site Planning
While permits wrap up, we build off-site and plan every detail from crane placement, access, staging, manpower loading. No last-minute scramble.

05.
Site Start and Execution
Crews arrive ready. Foremen are briefed. Materials and equipment are in place. Work begins with momentum while being tracked, coordinated, and clean.
06.

Handoff
We finish strong with documentation, site clean-up, and follow-through. No loose ends. No delays.
