Design + Modelling
We model the full framing system in-house and coordinate BIM to catch issues before they reach site. Our team supports design assist, clash detection, and material takeoffs based on actual counts, not averages. This helps ensure pricing is accurate and surprises are avoided.

Supply + Prefabrication
We price framing packages per piece and lock them in early. Components are built in-house, including walls, stairs, and panels, then delivered staged and ready. EWP supply and integration can be included when needed.

Labour + Site Execution
Our crews are led by trained foremen and arrive briefed, equipped, and ready to work. Sites are kept clean and safe, with strong coordination and reliable execution. There is no standing around and no cut corners.

Crane + Equipment Planning
We plan crane placement, access, staging, and equipment scheduling alongside our site logistics. Everything is integrated with our modelling and timelines to keep framing phases running smoothly.

Take Over Framing
We take full ownership of the framing scope — from planning and supply through to on-site execution — delivering it as one coordinated package.

We hired in-house BIM and estimating specialists. We began virtually framing full projects to catch issues early. Then we added prefabrication, material supply, crane logistics, and design assist. Once everything was integrated, we could offer true turnkey framing — mapped, managed, and delivered with control and precision.
